Withdrawal period
In accordance with consumer law applicable in the European Union, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.
How to return an item
Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you the return address and instructions. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Refund
Once the return is received and checked, the refund is made to your original payment method within 14 days. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a faulty item or an error on our part.
